Georgia Pacific: Facilitated sale of 1900+ pieces of IT equipment from multiple locations in Atlanta. Goal was fast as possible. Sold assets to 3 different buyers in less than 3 weeks.

KOCH Industries: Sold 1850 computers with limited value. Sold to one buyer in 8 days,

SKANSKA: Office building gut renovation had over 3000 office equipment assets that needed to be moved in order to reduce/eliminate disposal costs and labor to move. In 30 days had auction where all assets sold, removed by buyers and remaining equipment loaded into dumpsters delivering empty facility. Saved SKANSKA over $220,000 in fees and labor. Converted expense challenge to opportunity where auction funds were donated to Habitat for Humanity.

High Tech, Biotech:
Pfizer contracted Manafort Bros to demolish 7 buildings on Groton CT campus. CAC sold all assets including facility components dramatically reducing demo costs for Pfizer. Lab, R&D equipment sold and building components saving Manafort trash and haulage fees. Project delivered over 6 months with 12 on-line auctions. CAC provided security, access protocols and auction services.

Distribution:
Federal Reserve Bank- Boston shuttered a Connecticut check processing facility, CAC sold all assets for disposition supporting sponsor with oversight of proprietary equipment moving. Process done in 3 weeks. Security by Federal Reserve.

Tweeter Etc.: Supported Headquarter move and facility consolidation selling over 2800 assets including distribution, retail, returns and damaged goods in 4 weeks from two locations.

Circuit City prior to dissolving entity, supported sale over over 60 Forklift trucks in PA., DC. Oversaw sale, removal and transportation in less than 2 weeks.

Construction: Contracted with NASDI, Manafort Brothers, Costello Dismantling supporting advance sale of assets in facilities prior to demolition. Added significant profit to project and significant $$ savings as fixed assets sold versus re-cycling of re-usable assets like lighting, doors, ceiling panels, plumbing fixtures, mechanical systems. Performed over 40 engagements. Key to success was effectively planning, executing and providing security for safety and removal process. Average project 3 weeks.

Universities:
Harvard University: Supported facilities group to liquidate unused assets and specialty equipment sales like a radio tower. Supported selling unused assets from over 30 buildings bought in Allston MA as part of Harvard facility expansion program.

Emory University & Health: provided solution for divesting unused assets from campus with monthly auction of assets to be sold. Project ran for 12 months with over 6000 various assets sold from in place to consolidated campus locations.

Non- Profits:
WGBH: 2 month project to consolidate 23 facilities assets into 2 locations for on-site auction that include 423 bidders from US, Canada and Europe. Moving, cataloging and selling assets in 5 weeks with 3 week removal timeline. Provided many other services as part of engagement including crane rental, satellite dish sale and removal oversite from 3 locations. Oversaw security and other requested processes as WGBH leadership focused on move to new headquarters.

Matching Donors: CAC serves as solution to sell donated assets whether vehicles, buildings or large scale donation projects. CAC also serves as board of directors advisers.

Habitat for Humanity- Atlanta. Multiple projects including:

Donation of 605 TOTO plumbing fixtures sold by CAC to single buyer to convert donation to cash for Habitat.

King & Spaulding donated 14 floors of office furnishings and assets which CAC sold over 2 month period raising over $400,000 for Habitat. Provided security, on-line auction process sale and asset removal oversight
Goodwill Industries, Atlanta. When Goodwill changed their donation and distribution model, they contracted CAC to facilitate process of selling assets from their 320,000 foot warehouse and training facility. We accomplished this in 40 days selling over 4500 assets of building materials, fixtures, electrical, plumbing and construction materials and equipment. We oversaw process of inventory tagging, inspections and removal of assets. Sale raised >$360,000 for Goodwill.
